It does not involve injections and therefore allergic reactions and side-effects are unlikely. It is minimally
invasive, involves minimal or no downtime, rapid healing and requires simple aftercare.
Immediately after your Dermaroller Therapy you will look as though you have moderate sunburn and
your skin may feel warm and tighter than usual. This will start to subside after 1 to 2 hours and will
normally recover within the same day. You may have slight redness the following day or two.

4. How to clean the dermaroller?
1) 0.20 or 0.25mm dermaroller:
After each use, soak the dermaroller for ten minutes in a mixture of warm water and dishwashing liquid.
Air-dry.
2) 0.5mm and above:
Wash the dermaroller in warm water and dishwashing liquid, taking great care not to bend the needles.
Then soak it in disinfecting alcohol for 20 minutes. Discard the alcohol. Air-dry. Put back into container.
Keep the container clean with hot water but do not use any cloth or sponge to clean it since those are
full of bacteria.

5. How often to roll the skin?
Rules of thumb:
A0.2 mm or 0.25 mm roller can be used every second day.
A0.5 mm roller can be used once a week.
A1.0 mm roller can be used per three weeks.
A1.5 mm and above roller should not be used more often than once every 5 weeks.
