Six points of attention in stainless steel high pressure reactor

Note 1. The high pressure stainless steel reactor should be placed indoors. When equipped with multiple high pressure stainless steel reactors, they should be placed separately. Each operation room should have an exit to the outdoor or passage, and the equipment should be well ventilated.

Note 2. When installing the stainless steel reaction kettle cover, the sealing surfaces between the stainless steel reaction vessel cover and the stainless steel reaction kettle cover should be prevented from colliding with each other. The stainless steel reaction kettle cover is carefully placed on the stainless steel reaction vessel body in a fixed position. When the main nut is tightened, it must be tightened step by step in a diagonally and symmetric manner. The force should be uniform, and the stainless steel reaction kettle lid should not be tilted to one side to achieve a good sealing effect.

Note 3. For the joint of the positive and negative nuts, only the positive and negative nuts should be rotated. The two arc sealing surfaces must not be relatively rotated. When all the nut-shaped couplings are assembled, the lubricating oil should be applied.

Note 4, the line seal of the needle valve, only need to gently turn its valve needle, press its sealing surface, you can achieve a good sealing effect.

Note 5. Turn the rotating body on the stainless steel reaction kettle by hand to check whether the operation is flexible.

Note 6. The controller of the high-pressure stainless steel reactor should be placed on the operating platform. The working environment temperature is 10-40 ° C, the relative humidity is less than 85%, and the surrounding medium does not contain conductive dust and corrosive gases.

Notch Filter

Worldhawk can provide precision filters for many applications, including Interference Filter, Cut Off Filters, UV Bandpass Filter, Narrow Bandpass Filter, ND Filter, Negative Filter or Notch Filters, Color Glass Filter.

Optical Filters are used to selectively transmit or reject a wavelength or range of wavelengths. Optical Filters are used in applications such as fluorescence microscopy, clinical chemistry, spectroscopy, or machine vision inspection. Optical Filters are ideal for life science, imaging, industrial, or defense industries.
