Ann Medical confirms Xiaomi's investment of 25 million US dollars
Jiu'an Medical announced that it had signed an investment agreement with XiaomiVentures Limited. Since the signing of the agreement, Jiu'an Medical has started to promote delivery-related work. However, due to tax and legal issues involving different countries and the transfer of patents and trademarks with heavy workload, it is necessary to cooperate domestically and externally and communicate with various departments in different countries. The relevant documents are all ready to meet the delivery conditions, so it takes a long time and the time period is difficult to control. At present, the above work has been basically completed, and the delivery conditions are met. According to the announcement, the investment amount of XiaomiVentures Limited reached US$25 million. As of March 30, 2018, Jiu'an Medical confirmed that it had received all the funds, and the relevant subsidiaries had completed the adjustment of shareholding structure and the procedures for changing the industrial and commercial registration.
