At this time, the bag should be opened at both ends to increase ventilation and promote mycelial growth. The mycelium grows from spores, and it begins to grow in size after it has grown for 30 days. It takes about 2 months from the inoculation to the mushroom body. Into the mushroom structure, the temperature should be reduced to 10 °C ~ 12 °C, low temperature on the beneficial mushrooms. The relative humidity is 60%. When the humidity is not enough, you can spray water on the ground, but do not spray on the mushrooms to prevent rotten mushrooms. During the fruiting stage, good ventilation, air permeability, temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide concentration should be controlled. If the management is not good, abnormal growth of mushroom body will appear abnormal mushrooms. For example, some canopies are very small, people call it needle mushroom, which is caused by high concentration of carbon dioxide; if the ventilation is too strong, too long a cap does not meet the requirements of the mushroom. The color of the mushroom body is good, the stipe grows to more than 10 cm, and the diameter of the cap can reach 1 cm to harvest. When you harvest, hold the bag in one hand, gently grasp the mushroom and unplug it, and put it gently into the basket. The mushrooms that have just been harvested are cut off to the base of the stipe, and placed on a dark place where the temperature is low for storage and transportation.
