First, the choice of apple dregs. Therefore, a layer of plastic film should be placed on the raw materials, and then wet straw or wet straw 15 cm to 20 cm thick should be pressed, and soil 30 cm to 50 cm thick should be pressed on the grass. The surface of the wood layer should be compacted and flattened, and the dense top should be raised to form a bow shape to facilitate drainage.

Fifth, management. After the cellar is sealed, the inflow of rainwater and the ingress of air must be prevented in the silo to prevent rot.
