How to troubleshoot the coder

The code printer is a non-contact inkjet marking system controlled by a single chip microcomputer. The code machine will have some faults during the operation, so how to troubleshoot?

The hot coder does not work 1. Check if the hot coder switch is on.

2. Check if the fuse is burnt and whether the power supply is normal.

3. Check if the wiring of each part is normal.

4. Is the intake and air pipe connection normal?

The hot code machine is moving but the font cannot be printed. 1. Adjust the printing temperature and printing pressure.

3. Check if the distance between the belts is too small.

The writing is too light 1. Adjust the printing temperature.

The writing is too thick or the printed matter is worn out. 1. Reduce the printing temperature.

The ribbon travels off. 1. Check if the ribbon guides are deformed and tighten.
