However, after some farmers feed materials, they do not produce gas for a long time or the gas production and gas quality are not high, and ignition is difficult. 1, the choice of materials: should be based on human and animal waste, feed liquid is strictly prohibited. For a biogas digester of 6 to 10 m3, 1,200 to 2,200 kilograms should be prepared, and appropriate water should be added to the idle pigsty for 10 to 15 days.
2. Inoculation: First put 300 to 500 kg of biogas slurry or sludge water into the new biogas digester, then add water to 1/3 of the tank capacity, and then put about 500 to 1000 kg of piled material into the pool. And stirring, observation of 2? 3 days, found that bubbles have been produced when the bacteria have been connected.
3. Put the remaining feces into the pool, add water to the lower edge of the sky window, and cover it with stirring. After 2?3 days, the digester starts to produce gas.
With this method of feeding, the new biogas digester produces gas quickly, has a high methane content, and is flammable and easy to use.
