First, assembly and appearance quality requirements
1, the welding site should be solid, not allowed to burn through, missed welding and desoldering;
2, the threshing roller to jump should not exceed 2MM;
3, thresher operation should be normal, stable, no card touch, no abnormal sound;
4. The assembly of the whole machine should be correct. There should be no defects affecting the performance and appearance of the machine at each joint. The horizontal and vertical face line errors of the rack should not exceed 0.2% of the basic size;
5, the paint surface color uniformity, smooth, no bottom, wrinkle, flow marks.
Second, safety requirements
1. The design and structure of the thresher should be reasonable and ensure that there is no danger when operating and maintaining according to the manufacturer's instructions;
2. Set a permanent safety warning sign complying with GNB10396 at the conspicuous place of the feeding port;
3, should be set in the eye-catching signs steering, bearings, pulleys, belts and other exposed rotating parts should have a solid and reliable protective cover, and set in the danger of compliance with the provisions of GB10396 permanent warning signs;
4. The machine should be free of any sharp projections that could cause injury to people;
5, the connection of all parts should be firm, and the firmware performance level required to bear the load should be: the bolt is not less than 8.8; the nut is not less than 8 levels.
Third, performance requirements
1, work performance:
(1) The moisture content of corn seed is 14% -18%, the moisture content of rice seeds is 15-20%, and the grass-grain ratio is 1.0:2.4;
(2) Turning the drum to 800-1200R/MIN
2, reliable quality, the average working time before each failure is more than 120 hours.
Third, the general requirements:
1. The parts of the thresher should meet the requirements of the relevant standards, and must be assembled before being qualified;
2. The drum shaft shall be made of 45 steel specified in GB/T699-1988 "Technical Conditions for High Quality Carbon Structural Steel";
3, stamping parts should be removed burrs, no cracks significantly wrinkled;
4, castings may not have cracks, sand holes, loose and other defects affecting the strength and appearance.
