Pollution-free food standard

1. Scope This standard specifies the definition, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of pollution-free food quail eggs.
This standard applies to the quality and safety assessment of pollution-free food fresh quail eggs and frozen quail eggs.
2. Normative references The clauses in the following documents have been adopted as references to this standard. For dated references, all subsequent amendments (not including errata content) or revisions do not apply to this standard, however, encourage the parties to reach an agreement based on this standard to study whether the use of the latest of these documents version. For undated references, the latest edition applies to this section.

3. Terms and Definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1 Refrigerated quail egg refrigerated quail egg
Refers to quail eggs that have been frozen at 0°C to 4°C.
4, technical requirements
4.1 Harmless food quail eggs should come from the quail farms that are produced in accordance with the requirements of NY/T 5043.

5, inspection methods
5.1 Physical and chemical inspection
5.1.1 Determination of arsenic According to GB/T 5009.11 implementation.
5.1.2 Mercury determination According to GB/T 5009.17 implementation.
5.1.3 Determination of lead according to GB/T 5009.12 implementation.
5.1.4 Determination of chromium According to GB/T 14962 implementation.
5.1.5 Determination of cadmium according to GB/T 5009.15 implementation.
5.1.6 Determination of BHC and DDT is performed according to GB/T 5009.162.
5.1.7 Determination of oxytetracycline, chlortetracycline, tetracycline According to GB/T 5009.116 implementation.
5.1.8 The determination of chloramphenicol was performed according to SN/T 0341.
5.1.9 Determination of furazolidone is performed in accordance with NY 5039 Appendix A.
5.1.10 Determination of sulfonamides is performed according to NY 5029.
5.2 Microbiological examination
5.2.1 The detection of the total number of colonies is performed according to GB/T 4789.2.
5.2.2 Determination of coliform bacteria was determined according to GB 4789.3.
5.2.3 The detection of Salmonella was performed according to GB/T 4789.4.
6, inspection rules
6.1 Inspection batches are batches of the same origin, the same variety, the same production cycle, and the same packaging date. Numbers should be assigned in batches, 5 samples below 500 kg, and 200 kg for 500 kg plus one sample.
6.2 Sampling Methods Each batch shall be randomized and sampled according to the number. After mixing, it shall be divided into two parts, one test and one sample shall be kept for inspection. The sampling shall be 2kg to 3kg.
6.3 Judgment rules The test results meet the requirements of this standard, then determine the batch of products as qualified products. If any of the inspection results does not meet the requirements of the standard, it is determined that the batch of products is unqualified.
7 Packaging, Labeling, Storage, Transportation
7.1 Packaging
7.1.1 The outer packaging uses special wooden boxes, cartons, plastic boxes and so on.
7.1.2 Use egg trays or paper trays for the inner packaging. Put the big head of the egg upwards and put it in the egg tray or paper tray.
7.1.3 Corrugated boxes shall comply with the provisions of GB 6543.
7.1.4 The base paper should meet the requirements of GB ll680.
7.1.5 Polyethylene molded products shall comply with the provisions of GB 9687.
7.1.6 Polypropylene resin shall comply with the provisions of GB 9693.
7.2 The label shall comply with the provisions of GB 7718.
7.3 Storage and transportation shall comply with the provisions of GB 8674, cold storage temperature is 0 °C ~ 4 °C, relative humidity is maintained at 80% ~ 90%. Transportation tools should be clean and free from odors. During transportation, they should be handled lightly, protected from moisture, sun exposure, rain, pollution, and frost.
