On the one hand, the 33 pairs of punches are circularly moved together with the turntable, and on the other hand, they are moved up and down along the fixed upper and lower guide rails, and are continuously fed, filled, pressed, and discharged through a feeding device, a filling device, a tableting device, and the like. crafting process.

2. Tableting process (1) Feeding: When the undershoot is under the hopper, the powder is filled into the die hole.

(2) Filling: When the undershoot runs to the top of the wafer re-adjuster, it rises slightly, and is scraped flat by the zui of the scraper, and then the excess powder is pushed out.

(3) Pressing: When the lower punching runs to the top of the lower pressing wheel, at the same time, the upper punching is run to the lower side of the upper pressing wheel, and the distance between the two is small, and the powder in the die hole is pressed and formed.

(4) Release: After pressing into a piece, the upper and lower punches respectively rise along the track. When the lower punch runs to the top of the film regulator, the piece is pushed out of the die hole, pushed through the blade and introduced into the container. This is repeated.

Rotary tablet press use precautions:

1 Check before starting to confirm that all components are complete and reliable, and the fault indicator is not lit;

2 Check whether the lubricating oil of each lubrication point is sufficient, and whether the pressure wheel rotates freely;

3 discs to observe whether the punch is flexible up and down, and whether the fit with the track is good;

4 When starting the main motor, confirm that the speed control knob is at zero position;

5 When installing the feeding shoe, use the plug gauge to ensure the installation accuracy and prevent the gap from being too large or small to cause powder leakage or grinding the rotating table;

6 During the operation, the machine must not leave the person. When starting the production, observe whether the feeding shoe is grinding the turntable, and often check the running state of the machine. If there is abnormality, stop the car in time;

7 When the production is finished, pay attention to the material balance, and stop when it is close to no material to prevent the machine from idling and damage the mold;

8 When disassembling the mold, use the hand-cranked car, press the emergency stop button or turn off the main power supply, and only one person should operate to avoid danger;

9 The machine has an abnormal sound to stop the inspection, find out the cause and remove the vehicle before driving;

10 In an emergency, press the emergency stop button on the left side of the console to stop the machine. When the machine fault indicator light is on, it will automatically stop. Check the fault carefully and remove it before driving. The new machine is in high speed during the run-in period. Below 24r/min, the vehicle speed must be increased after 3~4 months, and the Zui height must not exceed 32r/min.
