Agricultural machinery repair and disassembly skills
When the agricultural machinery is repaired, it is often disassembled and installed. The types and brands of the agricultural machinery are many and the structures are different. First, disassemble
1. The operating procedures should be considered in advance according to the different construction of the agricultural machine so as to avoid successive inversions.
2. When dismantling, it should be from outside to inside. From top to bottom.
3. Special tools should be used during operation. It is forbidden to hit the part directly with a hammer.
4. To find out the direction of loosening of the part, care should be taken with precision parts. Such as: screw long-axis parts must be lifted with a rope, wrapped with cloth to prevent bending deformation and damage.
5. The parts removed should be placed on wooden racks, wooden boxes or parts trays as required. They must not be placed on the floor to prevent damage or corrosion.
6. The removed parts should be put together as far as possible according to the original structure, such as shafts, gears, screws, gaskets, positioning pins and so on.
7. For complete sets or parts that cannot be exchanged, mark them before disassembling, and wear them with ropes to avoid confusion: such as gear sets, valves and valve seats, and oil pipe joints, and the parts on the valves should be plugged into the original valve body.
8. Parts that can still be used without repairs should not be disassembled and thrown loose, such as splines and gears, shafts, and bearings.
9. To facilitate inspection of parts, the removed parts should be cleaned as necessary and then painted with oil to prevent rust.
Second, install
1. Assembled from inside to outside and from top to bottom.
2. The operation should be serious, and important complex components should be checked repeatedly to avoid mis-installation and missing-loading.
3. Do not allow dirt into the component.
4. During the installation process, inspections should be made in strict accordance with the technical requirements.
5. The assembled machine must be adjusted and commissioned.
