Causes of dead mushrooms

Humidity inappropriate mushroom body in the growth and development phase requires 80% to 90% relative humidity, if the relative humidity of the air is less than 80%, the mushroom will wilted due to the evaporation of large amounts of water in the mushroom body; if the air relative humidity is greater than 95% If the mushroom body absorbs too much water, edema will be formed, resulting in infection and rot.
Insufficient nutrition At the beginning of fruiting, if the raw material is too dense, some young mushroom buds will die due to lack of nutrition. Pleurotus ostreatus after harvesting two crops should be combined with replenishment with 0.1% urea, 0.3% sucrose, and 0.2% -0.3% of phosphate fertilizer, otherwise mushroom buds will die due to nutritional deficiencies.
Poorly ventilated Pleurotus ostreatus is an aerobic mushroom. In the growth stage of the fruit body, if the ventilation is poor, the concentration of carbon dioxide is too high, and the oxygen concentration is too low, the mushroom will form abnormal mushroom or die due to lack of oxygen.
