Harbin, September 5th Recently, the reporter learned from the Daowai District of Harbin City that the excrement harmless treatment site outside the road is under construction. At present, there is a preliminary dehydration capacity for feces. The processing site is expected to be completed and put into operation this year. It will be able to handle 200,000 tons of manure waste each year and produce nearly 4,700 tons of biological fertilizer. According to reports, the excreta disposal site project started in 2000 and is unique in the country. The site was built in Unity Town, near the Ath River. At present, 10 million yuan has been invested and 9 projects have been completed. One excrement dehydration workshop has been built, and the garbage delivery workshop and the second-stage fertilizer workshop are under construction. After the farm is put into operation, it can handle more than 200 tons of dung and 100 tons of garbage for urban residents. After the manure dehydration, garbage delivery, manure waste synthesis, the second stage compost fermentation, drying granulation and other processes, made of biological fertilizer. It is estimated that 80,000 tons of excrement, 120,000 tons of garbage, and 4,700 tons of biological fertilizers will be handled annually, thereby realizing the harmless treatment of manure and garbage in some urban areas. In addition, after the completion of the processing site, it will take over 1,000 toilets. The high-ammonia nitrogen wastewater produced at the final stage of bio-fertilizer production will meet the discharge standards after being treated with sewage, thus achieving the harmless treatment of 1200 open-air dry toilets. In addition to solving the excrement disposal of the existing 500 open-air aqua toilets in the off-street area, its remaining capacity can relieve the pressure of the dry toilet treatment in other urban areas in Harbin.
