Effect of intermittent zero-low temperature storage on enzyme activity of post-harvest litchi peel

The postharvest Guizhi Litchi fruit storage life will not have a bad effect. The zero-on-off intermittent low temperature in this study was designed based on the actual production operation and transportation of litchi preservation.
