With the rapid development of computer technology, industrial automation technology is changing with each passing day, and the cycle of renewal is becoming shorter and shorter. Therefore, it is required that the continuous learning and application of new technologies as the engineering and technical personnel of enterprises directly affect the competitiveness of enterprises, and the stamina of enterprises development of.

This paper summarizes some of the relevant control techniques on microwave industrial equipment.

This article is mainly introduced from the following aspects:

1. Establish a solid control platform at the bottom.

  Describe the related applications of PLC in microwave equipment.

2. Based on PLC 's various controls and related applications.

Chapter 1, Building a Robust Underlying Control Platform

In order to get good control, we must first establish a solid underlying control platform. This is the most important issue. If we can't solve this problem, then any control we make will be a palace built on the sand dunes.

A solid underlying platform must have the following characteristics:

1. Anti-interference

2. High stability

3. High reliability

4. Openness

5. Independence

6. Certain intelligence

Microwave equipment is particularly important in microwave equipment because it may generate some related electromagnetic interference signals. The high stability and reliability are mainly manifested in the current users' requirements for the use time and use of microwave equipment. High, in order to meet the ever-increasing requirements of users, we must also improve the performance of the equipment; for openness refers to the interface that provides the control elements or systems associated with it; independence is manifested in the underlying control of the self-contained system, when relevant When there is a problem with the control of the upper layer, it can freely schedule the underlying related resources, so that the underlying control is not ambiguous; intelligence indicates that it must have basic computing and logical judgment capabilities.

For the above reasons, the underlying control of the microwave device generally uses a programmable controller (PLC) as the central control component, and at the same time uses the PLC sampling modules (Fig. 1).
