Biluochun dryer has the characteristics of good air permeability and unsatisfactory water dispersion. It can be used to bake famous tea. It not only has high output when it is used, but also can be hand-tightened and lifted, and the quality of tea is good. However, due to the high price of this machine, the low thermal efficiency, and the need to use electricity, there are certain restrictions on the use in mountainous areas. On the basis of the Biluochun dryer, the Shaanxi Ankang Agricultural School Tea Group improved the existing Biluochun dryer with reference to the structure of the local tobacco leaf baking furnace.

The drying bed of the Biluochun dryer is separated from the hot blast stove. When the steamer is improved, the hot air generator is placed directly inside the oven, and a swirling fire channel is arranged in the lower part of the drying bed to discharge the soot from the hot air generator into the fire channel. Then use the chimney at the end of the oven to discharge it.
The outer dimensions of the oven are 2m long, 0.7m wide and 0.85m high. The furnace is at the front end of the oven, and the grate is made of curved perforated steel plate. The lower part of the grate is a ventilation hole with a height of 20 cm. The inside of the furnace is connected to the fire channel. The upper part of the furnace is a steel plate, and the upper part of the steel plate is a hot air chamber welded by an iron plate. One small blower can be respectively connected to both ends of the hot air chamber, and the front end of the hot air chamber is passed under the drying bed. The stove door is 22cm wide and 16cm high.
The fire path is located at the bottom of the oven and is similar in structure to the oven. It is a rectangular parallelepiped welded with iron sheet. It has a main fire channel, 120cm long, 20cm wide and 10cm high. There are two fire passages on each side. The sides can be shared. The fire path is 120cm long, 10cm wide and 10cm high. . The main fireway is connected with the inlet of the furnace, and the ends of the fire passages on both sides are connected to the chimney through the smoke collecting cabinet, and the chimney is 4m high.

According to the actual use of the spring tea period, the machine not only achieves the Taiwanese production and baking tea quality of the Biluochun dryers currently sold on the market, but also has obvious energy-saving advantages.
(1) Saving fuel and convenient baking. This machine is used in comparison with 6CH-941 Biluochun dryer. It can dry 1kg of dry tea and save 0.4kg of firewood. Moreover, the machine has the advantage of stable temperature and 3 ovens with obvious temperature gradient. The first and second drying beds have high temperature and are suitable for the fire; the third drying bed has a low temperature and is suitable for full fire, and the operation is very convenient.
(2) Save energy. The machine has a flexible choice of fans. The selected fans can be paired or used in a single machine. The maximum available two 200W fans are compared with the 6kW-941 Biluochun dryer with a power of 750W. Power saving effect.
