3) Powder feeding device: It consists of a powder bucket, a powder bucket screw, a blanking conveying pipe, etc., and mainly controls the stored powder under the action of the screw and the stirring into the measuring tray.
4) Metering disc mechanism: The metering disc specifications matched according to the capsule specifications and loading. The powder is compacted into a drug column by five fillings in an intermittently rotating metering tray and pushed into the capsule of the lower module.
5) Capsule filling and sealing mechanism: After pushing the capsule body under the capsule, the rubber cap of the upper and lower modules and the lower capsule push upward to make it buckle.
6) Main transmission mechanism in the box: The power required for the execution of the work is completed by the motor, the box type Fukaisen intermittent rotation mechanism, the gear pair, the deceleration, the cam pair and the chain transmission mechanism. At the same time, the variable frequency motor reaches the frequency conversion speed regulation function.
7) Electrical control system: The process elements of the filling of each capsule are controlled by the PLC system.
1.2.2 Principle
The main working principle of the capsule filling machine is that when the machine is running, the capsules in the capsule hopper will enter the first delivery fork of the dispensing device one by one. When the fork is moved down once, six capsules will be sent and the rubber cap will be on. In the * work vacuum separation system, the capsule is inserted into the module while the body cap is separated. When the turntable is intermittently rotated to the second work, the upper meter is quickly raised and moved inward. In the fifth working filling rod, the compacted medicine column is pushed into the capsule of the lower module, and the undivided capsule is in the eighth work. exclude. 1.3 Operation
1.3.1 Preparation before operation
1) Open the powder feeding device and the metering disc mechanism before operation to check whether there is any foreign matter or jam in the working area of ​​the powder filling and filling.
2) In accordance with GMP requirements, check whether the contact parts of the equipment and materials meet the corresponding cleanliness requirements. If it is reached, it should be freshly cleaned and dried.
3) Check that all parts of the main unit and accessories are complete and valid, and check if the fasteners are loose or not, and find that they are loose and fastened.
4) Check if the vacuum line and vacuum cleaner line are connected to the main unit.
5) The materials to be filled should be inspected, and no foreign matter such as metal should be mixed in order to avoid accidents.
6) After the Zui, check if there are any abnormalities in other parts of the equipment, and drive without abnormality.
1.3.2 Adjustment work before operation
1) Turn on the power.
2) Check that all safety settings are properly equipped and adjusted.
3) Without the capsule and powder, use the handwheel to turn 1-3 in the direction of the machine. After normalization, the capsule and the powder are respectively placed in the capsule, and the height of the powder filled into the powder bucket is lower than the height of the container Zui 60 mm. At the same time, there should be more than half of the powder in the metering and distribution room.
4) Adjust the filling rod preset to insert the metering disc depth.
5) After everything is adjusted, press the host to jog, and then activate the switch to make the automatic operation.
6) Speed ​​adjustment is performed while the main motor is running.
1.3.3 Operation
1) Check that the signal lights are normal and close the glass door. Turn the main power switch SB10 from OFF to the ON position, the indicator lights HL4 and HL5 will be on, and the inverter will display accordingly.
2) Start the vacuum pump motor M2 first, press the vacuum start switch SB1, the indicator light HL1 is on, the HL4 is dark, and the vacuum pump motor is running. * Check the direction of motor rotation when starting up. If the direction is wrong, you should change the phase sequence of the power supply.
3) The running state of the main motor is divided into two states: jog operation and continuous operation.
a. Start the main motor M1, press the main machine start switch SB3, the indicator light HL3 is on, HL5 is dark, and the main motor is running. When the vacuum pump motor is not started or the machine is opened, the main motor cannot be started, only waiting for electric operation.
b. Jog operation of the main motor, press the host jog switch SB6, the indicator light HL3 is bright, that is, dark, main power

4) Inverter speed regulation, press the inverter (â–³) button after the main motor starts, it will run from low speed to high speed.
The frequency converter displays the corresponding frequency or the number of capsules filled per minute.
5) Feed control
a. Manual control of feeding, press the manual feeding switch SB2, the indicator light HL2 is on, the feeding motor is running, feeding once.
b. Automatic control of feeding, the dosage in the hopper is automatically controlled by the capacitive sensor. After the height of the infector is adjusted according to the instructions, the feeding motor will automatically run, and the powder in the hopper is automatically controlled. The main motor stops automatically.
6) When the machine needs to stop immediately, you can press the emergency stop SB0, the machine will stop immediately and self-lock. To unlock the fault, the self-locking of the emergency stop switch can be turned on. ..
7) There are gate switches for the four doors of the machine. When a door is opened, or the door is not closed, the machine cannot be started and can only be operated by jog.
8) When you need to adjust the load, press the host stop button. Stop the machine first, then adjust the preset height of the filling rod, and adjust it to start the host start button.
