1, fish eggs transport

Rainbow trout eggs have a long incubation period and are in a low temperature season. Therefore, they are easy to transport.

1.1 Fertilized eggs transport

After 48 to 70 hours after fertilization, the water temperature is 9 to 10°C and can be transported on a short distance. Place the fertilized eggs in a nylon bag and store 10 liters of water in each bag. Oxygenated or dripping 30% hydrogen peroxide in 1 to 2 ml. Dissolve oxygen in 1 L of water and immediately add 3 to 4 drops of 2% ferrous sulfate solution. After stirring, pour into the bag. Each bag can put 50,000 eggs, water temperature control within 10 °C, can be transported 8 ~ 10h, the survival rate of up to 80%.

1.2 ovary transport

Rainbow trout fertilized eggs are slow to respond to environmental conditions, such as mechanical stimuli, after the eyes have developed. This is the best time for transport and can withstand long-distance transportation. The mobilization box requires light, warm, Moisturizing, and easy to carry. Can be made of plywood, length and width of each 43cm, height of about 55cm, the bottom of the box to use 2cm thick wood. A small round hole with an aperture of 1 cm is opened on both the left and right sides of the box and the bottom. Four small balls are fixed at the bottom of the box to prevent vibration. Place foam plastic around the box to keep warm and moisturize. Each box can hold 25 hatchery trays, each egg 2,000 to 2500 capsules, cover a wet gauze. The top and bottom plates should not be filled with eggs. Wet plants or ice can be placed. Before the departure, the eyes of the eggs were drenched once. During the transportation, water is sprayed every 2~3h. The temperature inside the box is preferably kept within 10°C; if the temperature is high, some fish fry will be filmed during transportation and be killed. The temperature difference between the tank temperature and the hatching pool should not be greater than 2°C. It is not until the tank temperature and the temperature of the hatching pool are similar that it can be hatched. The eye-incubated transport time can be as long as 3 days or more, the survival rate is about 80%, and the best time is up to 90%.

2. Fry and fish species transportation

Rainbow trout has high oxygen consumption, so it is difficult to transport fry and fingerlings. When transporting water over long distances, the water temperature must be kept within 15°C and transported using a nylon bag. In order to keep the temperature low, several small ice packs can be placed outside the nylon bags. Small ice packs can be filled with ice cubes in food bags. If the fish is transported, ice cubes should be prepared and placed directly in the pots when needed.

2.1 nylon bag oxygenation transport

When the water temperature is about 10°C, 7L of water is placed in each bag, and 700 pieces of fish fry within one month after the start of feeding are used. After oxygenation, the survival rate can reach over 90% after 42 hours of transportation. If the transport time is within 12 hours, each bag can hold 1,500 to 2,000 tails. For fry after 2 months of feeding, 200 to 300 can be loaded in each bag.

2.2 Open Oxygen Transport

If the transport distance is not long, cars can be used for open oxygen transport. The method is: on the car to be equipped with a car trunk similar to the size of the urn, urn in front of an oxygen cylinder 1-2. The oxygen delivery tube is made of two 1.5-cm-thick soft plastic tubes (about 1 m in diameter), and a steel coil of the same size is bundled so that the oxygen delivery tube can sink into the bottom. Numerous bleed holes are needled on the wall of the circle. Oxygen is continuously supplied to the rod through the oxygen delivery tube. Each bottle of oxygen for 10 ~ 12h. Transportation Density: For fish species weighing 50-70g/tail, about 1,000 fish can be released per ton of water, and fish species weighing 100-120g/tail can hold 500 to 600 fish per ton of water. Regardless of the method used to transport the fry and fingerlings, the feeding should be stopped within 42 hours before departure and the necessary disinfection and epidemic prevention work should be done.
