Structural composition of vibrating fluidized bed dryer

First of all, the vibrating fluidized bed dryer is mainly composed of the following parts:

A vibrating fluidized bed dryer is a vibrating machine that is supported on a set of springs and powered by an excitation motor. The filtered air is sent to the heater through a high-pressure centrifugal fan through a tempering valve, and the superheated air pipe is branched into the air inlet chamber. The gap in the bed of material particles is then passed through the small holes of the horizontally mounted air distribution plate. In the bed, hot air and materials are fully transferred to heat and mass, and then discharged from the air outlet duct of the dryer to the trapping system to recover fine particles entrained by the gas. The wet material is fed into the feed port by the feeder, and is uniformly and continuously moved to the discharge port at a desired speed under the vibration of the vibration motor. After the orthogonal hot air of the material is sufficiently contacted and dried, the zui is discharged at the discharge port, collected and packaged.
