1. Water tongue abnormality If the rotary nozzle is working properly, the water tongue should have a smooth, transparent and round solid circle around the nozzle when there is no other material (rocker type water deflector or worm wheel impeller). The water tongue gradually turns white and is crushed after the dense section; its range should not be less than 85% of the standard value, and should be well atomized. Otherwise, the water tongue trait is abnormal. The reasons for this are as follows: 1 When the water tongue has just left the nozzle, the surface is rough and opaque, but the water tongue is still round in the mainstream, because the nozzle is rough, burr or damaged. The nozzle should be polished or the nozzle replaced. 2 The water tongue spreads out as soon as it leaves the nozzle. There is no round solid section. The main reason is that the inside of the nozzle is seriously damaged and should be replaced; the rectifier is distorted and deformed and should be repaired or replaced; foreign matter in the flow path should be blocked and foreign matter should be removed.

2 water tongue range is not enough 1 range is not enough, but the water tongue atomization is still good, mainly due to the nozzle speed is too fast, should adjust the small nozzle speed. 2 The range is not enough and the water tongue is poorly atomized. The reason is that the work pressure is not enough and the pressure can be increased as required.

3. The swing arm sprayer does not rotate normally. 1 The rocker arm works normally, but the spray head does not turn or rotate slowly. The reasons are as follows: The gap between the hollow shaft and the sleeve shaft is too small, and the gap should be increased; the sediment between the two is blocked and should be removed and cleaned; when the sleeve shaft is tightened too tightly, it should be properly relaxed. 2 rocker angle is too small. The reasons are: the rocker spring is too tight and should be properly loosened; the rocker arm is installed too high, the water deflector cannot be fully cut into the water tongue, and should be lowered; the rocker arm and the rocker arm shaft are too tight, and the gap should be increased; Insufficient pressure should be raised. 3 rocker angle is large enough, but the tap is weak. The reason is that the deflector cuts the water tongue too deep, so that the air force of the rocker arm is not completely hit on the spray body and is flushed. The knock block should be thickened. 4 rocker tap frequency is not stable, suddenly fast. The reason is that the rocker arm and shaft are loose or the rocker arm shaft is loose, and the cause must be corrected. 5 Cannot return after rocker throws off. The main reason is that the rocker spring is too loose and the spring should be tightened.

4. Worm-rotor (impeller) nozzle rotation is not normal 1 impeller idle but the nozzle does not turn. Main reason: The loose screw or the pin off between the impeller shaft and the small worm wheel should be tightened; the set screw between the large worm wheel and the sleeve shaft should be tightened; the reversing teeth should not be pulled and the reversing lever should be pulled. Gear ride. 2 The water tongue is normal but the impeller does not turn and the spray does not turn. Main reasons: worm gear or gear lack of oil, resistance is too large, should be added lubricating oil; positioning screw tightened too much, resulting in large worm gear eccentric, should be properly released; impeller was stuck by foreign objects, should be removed; worm gear, gear or Hollow shaft and sleeve shaft rusty, should be rust refueling.

5. Water leakage in the rotating part of the sprinkler 1 The sediment enters into the gasket so that the sealing surface is not sealed. The hollow shaft should be removed and cleaned. 2 The processing precision of the nozzle is not enough, the end face of the hollow shaft and sleeve shaft can not be tightly fitted, and should be repaired or replaced.
